- These terms and conditions (the “Terms”) are the Terms which apply when you access the website https://www.kanjalculture.com (the “Website”), or any other variations of this domain or place orders for any of the products made available on the Website. Any reference to “we”/, “us”/,”our”/”Kanjalculture” in these Terms is a reference to Alasfoor Consulting (trading as “Kanjalculture”. Any reference to “you”,”your” means you, the user of the website.
- By accessing this Website or when you place orders for any of the products on the Website you agree to be bound by these Terms.
- You or the Website shall not pursue any action or claim before the time of placing an order, and the agreement shall be deemed completed by the time you receive the product. We are not liable for any claims made after 60 days of placing an order.

- You must be over 16 to register for a personal account, subscribe to kanjalculture newsletter or place an order on kanjalculture.com
- The use of this Website and the product purchase contracts shall be governed by the laws of the Sultanate of Oman applicable thereto.
- Any controversy that arises or is related the use of the Website or said contracts shall be subject to the jurisdiction of Muscat courts.
- If you are entering into the contract as a consumer, nothing in this clause shall affect the statutory rights you have as recognized by any applicable legislation.
- This contract is binding for Kanjalculture , as well as for any representative, successor or heir for the Website. You may not transfer, levy, cede, etc. without a written agreement with Kanjalculture. In such cases, your rights as a consumer shall not be affected.
We are an official retailer. We work directly with leading and legitimate beauty brands and all our products offered on this Website are genuine. - Some of the products may be considered more appropriate for adults and could be subject to country laws and restrictions. We will not be liable or responsible for if purchasing or using the Kanjalculture products constitutes violation to the laws of your country of residence. By placing an order on Kanjalculture.com you are affirming that you are at the legal age to purchase these products, and that you are in no way violating the laws of your country. - Any notifications, complaints or queries that you send through the contact form will be addressed as soon as possible. A proof of notification may be sent to you by email. In case of postage mail, we will notify you be return mail on the status of your query.
- We will do our best to resolve any disputes over these Terms. If you wish to take court proceedings against us you must do so within Oman. Relevant Omani laws will apply. If any of these Terms are found to be invalid by any court or regulator, the other Terms shall continue to apply.

Registration for a personal account
- To order products using the website, you may or may not register for a personal account. Any personal data that you provide us during the registration process will be stored in our database and you will not need to be re-entered with each order.
- In order to complete the registration, you will need to enter certain information including your email address, first name, surname, password. Once you click “continue” button this information will be stored on our customer database. You can access or correct your personal account information on “my account” page. We will only use the stored data in accordance with the privacy policy.
- You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your password and email address and you are responsible for all activities that are carried out using your username and password. We are not able to check the identities of the individuals who use our website and will not be responsible for losses due to unauthorized use of your user name and password on our website, unless we are able to confirm that this is due to an error on the website or a mistake by one of our staff. You agree to notify us using the contact form here if you are aware or suspect unauthorized purchase on our website, in which case we will try our best to take necessary action to correct the situation.

The ordering process and order confirmation
- You order via our online purchase form constitutes an offer to us to buy the products you select from our Website. All orders are subject to availability and to acceptance by us. We reserve the right to accept or refuse any order. All communications will be addressed to the email address you apply when you register.
- You may select items from our range of products, details of which will be added to the “cart” by clicking “add to cart” button. Before placing an order, you can view and amend your order details at any time by clicking “shopping bag” button.
- You will be automatically be sent an email confirming receipt of your order, with a summary of the details of your order, which we recommend that you keep for your records. The confirmation email is a documentation that we have received you order and does not constitute an acceptance of your order. Please check that all the details in the confirmation email are correct. If the information is not correct, or if you do not receive a confirmation email within 24 hours of placing your order, please contact us.
- Kanjalculture will send a second email when we dispatch your products. This email is an acceptance of your order and a binding contract of sale of the items you have ordered between you and us.
- We will keep a record of all records accepted by Kanjalculture. You can find the details of your orders by logging into your account via “my account” icon on the top right corner of the Website.
- If the item you ordered was not available for any reason, we will notify you and offer the choice of replacement or refund.
Resale of the products
7.1 You may not sell or resell any of the products or services, or any samples that you may receive from us.
Your use of the website
- By accepting the Terms you confirm that all information and details you provide us are true, accurate and up to date in all respects and at all times.
- You agree that in using the Website you will not: i) use the Website in any way that causes, or is likely to cause the site or access to the site to be interrupted, damaged or impaired in any way; ii) use the Website for any purpose that could damage the name of Kanjalculture or an affiliated brand; iii) use the Website for offensive, criminal, fraudulent or illegal activity or in any manner which would cause harm or distress to the Website or any third party; iv) access or attempt to access accounts of other users or attempt to penetrate the Website security measures; nor v) use the Website for any purpose other than your personal use.
- We reserve the right to suspend, restrict or terminate your access to the Website at any time without notice if we have reasonable grounds to believe that you have breached any of these restrictions or if we suspect fraudulent account activity or behavior. This shall not limit our right to take any other action against you that we consider appropriate.
- Kanjal Culture may change the format and/content of the Website from time to time. You should refresh your browser every time you visit the Website to ensure access to the most up to date version.
- The intellectual property rights in all materials on the Website and supplied as part of the products or services are owned by Knajal Culture or our partner brands. You are not allowed to make any copies of any part of any materials, or remove or change anything on this site, except in the specific case where we ask you to provide comments and reviews. Also, you are not allowed to create links to or from the Website without a prior agreement with us.
- In the event that you feel that any content in the Website is offensive, violates human rights or intellectual property rights, please write to us on complaints@kanjalculture.com, and we will review your request as soon as it is practically possible and will take necessary action.
Prices, delivery charges and payment
- The price of a product shall be as stated on this Website at the time you place your order except in the case of obvious error. We try and ensure that all prices are accurate, but errors may occur. If we discover an error in pricing an item, we will not be liable to supply that item to you at the stated price provided that we notify you before we dispatch the item. In such case, we will inform you of the correct price as soon as possible and give you the option of reconfirming your order at the correct price or cancelling it. If you cancel no payment will be taken; or you will be refunded for any pre-paid amount.
- All orders are dispatched within Oman so you will not be charged for customs or duties in the GCC countries. If you live outside the GCC you will be charged according to the duties and taxes of country where the products are delivered. For countries outside Oman you may be asked to pay customs import Tax or VAT charges if your order passes through your local customs office. Kanjalculture will not refund these charges.
- Unfortunately, we have no control over these charges or the costs applicable as these vary from country to country. We recommend you contact your local customs office to find out more about any possible charges you may be required to pay.
- We offer “free delivery” on all orders fulfilled by Kanjalculture over a set threshold. The Oman and the GCC threshold is OMR20. In other countries the threshold is $100.

- The available methods of payments are displayed on the Website at checkout. Payment will be debited from your account at the point you confirm your order.
- You confirm that the payment credentials being used are yours. Your payment credentials will be subject to validation checks and authorisation by our payment processing provider.
- raudulent payment credentials will be reported to the relevant authorities. If the issuer of your payment credentials refuses to authorise payment we will not accept your order and we will not be responsible for any delay or non-delivery and we are not obliged to inform you of the reason for the refusal.
- We are not responsible for your payment credentials issuer charging you as a result of our processing of your payment in accordance with your order.
Promotion Codes
From time to time we issue Promotion Codes. We have a Promotion Code box situated at the “Order Summary” page where codes can be entered. You must take care when entering codes as they are case and space sensitive. You may only redeem one code at a time so we advise you to choose the promotion best suited to your purchase.
Delivery and ownership
- We accept orders for delivery to the majority of countries. Unless otherwise stated, delivery will be made from our warehouse to the address provided by you. We will endeavour to despatch the product to you within one working day of you placing your order and in any event within 4 working days beginning on the day after you place your order.
- If we are unable to despatch the product within that time we will email to let you know and to give you an estimated delivery date. In these circumstances we will offer you the opportunity to cancel the order and receive a full refund. You are only responsible for the product when it is delivered to you.
- We will not accept liability for lost orders if you select for your parcel to be left in a safe place or with a neighbour.
- We want you to be happy with your purchase from us. If you are unhappy with the product in any way (for example if there is obvious damage to the item from transport or packaging damaged during transport) please contact our Customer Care Team as soon as possible.
- The products will be under your responsibility from the moment our shipping partner informs us that it was delivered as per your preferred choice.
Cancellation, returns and refunds
- We would like you to have the best experience with Kanjalculture, for that reason we will endeavor to make sure that you have the following rights:
⦁ that any products will be of satisfactory quality, fit for their intended purpose, and will conform to any description given on this Website;
⦁ certain remedies if a product is defective; and
⦁ a right to cancel your order within 24 hours, beginning the day after the day on which you receive the product, and to receive a full refund, even if the product is not defective. This right is subject to certain conditions and exceptions (see “Return of non-faulty goods” below);
⦁ Cancellation can be communicated by visiting “my cart”, or by contacting our customer services in “contact us” here - Please return the Product in suitable packaging to ensure it reaches us in good condition.
- Please note that if you fail to take reasonable care of returned products, or fail to return the product to us, we will be entitled to make a claim against you for any losses which we suffer.
- Please note that we reserve the right not to accept orders from customers with unusual or suspicious returns behaviour.
Return of non-faulty goods
- We hope you will be happy with your purchase from us. If not, you have the right to return the product to us and receive a full refund, providing:
⦁ you notify us in writing that you are cancelling your purchase within 14 days, beginning the day after the day on which you receive the product;
⦁ you have taken reasonable care of the product prior to return – in particular this means they must not have been damaged. Items can only be returned for a refund if they are unopened, unused and in a re-saleable condition with all tamper-resistant seals, packaging and any cellophane intact. We recommend a photograph is taken of the item prior to returning it if you are concerned about damage during its return journey;
⦁ you may give us notice of cancellation by any written means (including email or letter). - Please return the Product in suitable packaging to ensure it reaches us in good condition. Please ensure that you also return any free gifts that are associated with your return items or the related order. Please note that we do not accept returns of personalised products.
- Please note that if you fail to take reasonable care of returned products, or fail to return the product to us, we will be entitled to make a claim against you for any losses which we suffer.
- Please note that we reserve the right not to accept orders from customers with unusual or suspicious returns behaviour.
Our Legal obligations and our Limitation on Liability
- We do not seek to exclude liability for fraudulent misrepresentation by us or our employees or agents.
- We will aim that any products supplied by us will be of satisfactory quality and fit for their intended purpose.
- If we breach these Terms we shall only be liable for losses which are a reasonably foreseeable consequence of such a breach, up to a maximum of the purchase price of your order. Losses are foreseeable where they could be contemplated by you and us at the time of entering into this agreement.
- Information provided about the products is intended to be used for educational or informational purposes only. The statements and products are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure or prevent any condition or disease. Please consult with your own doctor or health care practitioner regarding the suggestions and recommendations made on the Website.
- With current technology it is not possible to develop and operate computer programs (software) and data processing systems (hardware) entirely without error, or to rule out any unpredictable events in connection with the internet. We provide no guarantee for the constant and uninterrupted availability of the Website.
- We are not responsible for:
⦁ Losses not caused by our breach;
⦁ Indirect losses which are a side effect of the main loss or damage and which are not reasonably foreseeable by you and us at the time of entering into this agreement, for example loss of profits or loss of opportunity;
⦁ Failure to provide the Website or to meet any of our obligations under this agreement where such failure is due to Events Beyond Our Control;
⦁ Loss of revenue;
⦁ Loss of business. - “Events Beyond Our Control” means any cause beyond our reasonable control which prevents us from providing the Website or fulfilling any of our other obligations under this agreement and includes but is not limited to fire, flood, storm, lockdown, riot, civil disturbance, war, nuclear accident, terrorist activity and acts of God.
- It shall be understood that our obligations are suspended during the period in which events beyond our control are in effect. We will be committed to fulfill our obligations as soon as those circumstances are corrected.
Copyright and other intellectual property rights
- Your use of the Website grants no rights to you in relation to copyright, design rights, trade-marks or other of our intellectual property rights.
- We provide the Website to you solely for your personal, non-commercial use. You may electronically copy and print only those areas of the Website which are required in the process of using the Website as a shopping resource. The content of the Website may not be used for any other purpose without our express written permission.
Data breach
- In the unlikely event of a data breach, we will to carry out and document a full risk assessment of the incident and decide upon the required actions.
- Incidents affecting personal data that are likely to result in a risk to the rights and freedoms of data subjects will be reported to the data protection supervisory authority. We will also inform those concerned directly. These actions will be carried out without undue delay and where feasible, within 72 hours of becoming aware of it.
